Actually it's funny some people would laugh at you because you're a virgin but the real men appreciate virgins secretly cos it's a man's pride to deflower any woman. That's why when we were teenagers we find the young men discussing in their cohort, the girls they sleep with. I'm 29 and counting; I've been tempted, I've been stupid, I've almost lost it in folly, and almost given up but I choose to say NO even in my weakness and at the edge. No one said it's easy; just wanna encourage the women out there who are still holding on. It's not been easy but one thing makes me stand: It's not just cos it's a sin but cos, although I don't know whom I would marry, I wanna give the best part of myself to my husband so I would wait no matter how difficult it is. Truly, the best times to get closer to God is in your single state. Sometimes I wake up at odd hours to pray and I just know it couldn't have happened that easily if I was married. So I only tell myself now, I'm having a prayer bank for all the times I might not wake up at odd hours to pray cos I need to keep my man warm.....funny huh! yep, but that's the best use of the single life. Getting closer to God. You need not be a fashion expert to attract a man. When it's time, even if you're dressed in a nun's clothing, he would find you attractive and come to ask you to be his wife. :) Yaa
Absolutely Yaa. In our current culture, you're easily made fun of when you stand up for things of God. But one thing I will continually harp on is that the only one whose opinion matters to me more than life itself is God's ! It does not matter how much fun is made of me !
